Our Mission
The objective of the Victoria Women’s Newcomers (VWNC) is to welcome newcomers to the Greater Victoria Area and help them meet people in the community through monthly luncheon meetings and other social activities.
Our History
Since 1996
The Victoria Women’s Newcomers Club (VWNC) began around 1996 when a group of women, new to Victoria, wanted to find a way to meet others who had recently come to the city.

200+ Members
Membership has grown from the small group that started the VWNC to a current membership of more than 200. Every month, the club sees an increase in membership from five to ten women new to the city.
